What does the moderator see on his screen? Which functions are available for him?
    Moderator sees the video conferencing software screen and has available the following functions: camera, microphone, sharing documents, chat with the panel, questions from audience in the chat.
What does the speaker see on his screen? Which functions are available for him?
    Speaker sees the video conferencing software screen and has available the following functions: camera, microphone, sharing documents, chat with the panel.
What does the participant see on his screen? Which functions are available for him?
    Participant sees the live broadcast and has the opportunity to ask questions by chat. For the participant it is possible to activate the polling function with multiple choice questions.
How does the chat work?
    The chat included in the platform allows one-to-one communication between participants (it is not possible to create discussion groups) in WhatsApp style. Users can search for the other participants within the system and start a conversation with them, sharing images, videos or other types of documents. The new messages will be reported on the homepage thanks to a special indicator.
What output data does the system provide?
    The possible outputs with the platform are:
    • Detailed registered users report (including all the entered fields in the registration form)
    • Detailed report of accesses (IN and OUT of the several users)
    • Reports of total and unique visitors - daily on a weekly scale
    • Reports of total and unique visitors - schedule on a weekly scale
    • Report of the view counts of a single video or live

Checking Cookies

Check if your cookies are perfectly configured


Chrome

  1. Click the context menu in the browser toolbar to the right of the address bar.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Click "Show Advanced Settings."
  4. Click Content settings in the Privacy section.
  5. Ensure that the bullet for "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is checked.
  6. Also ensure that "Block third-party cookies and site data" is unchecked.

Firefox

  1. Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar.
  2. Choose Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Under "History" select "Use custom settings for history" from the drop-down menu beside "Firefox will."
  5. Ensure that the checkboxes for "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third-party cookies" are both checked.
  6. Click OK.

Safari

  1. Click the Safari menu from the top toolbar.
  2. Choose Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click the Never checkbox for Block Cookies.

Edge

  1. Click the Edge menu from the top toolbar.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Click the Privacy & Security menu item.
  4. Find the "Cookies" section.
  5. Choose "Don\'t block cookies".
